This is our second visit to Saurus in 6 years. The restaurant is perfectly located in the beauty of vineyards. The view from the restaurant is just one more element to help your senses truly enjoy their wines and enjoy a unique food experience. The decor is rustic elegant. Their service was outstanding. They were very attentive. When you dine here, please don't be rushed. This is a place where you want to soak in the experience of dining in a vineyard. Allow at least 3 hours to fully digest all the restaurant has to offer. Their wines are excellent! We didn't do the tour of the winery this time. But it was fantastic last time. I gave it a 4 star just because though the dishes were beautifully presented, I found that the flavors did not go together as well as my palate would have liked. We had the octopus app, the ternero dish and the bondiola dish. The pear dessert was one of most delectable desserts I had ever had, refreshing, beautiful and so yummy!
