The staff at this McDonald's appeared to be quite unhappy with their jobs. The girl who took our order at the drive-thru gave us a look that suggested she wasn’t thrilled to be there, and the guy who handed us our food shouted at us for not pulling up far enough. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our order because they were experiencing a delay with the frappes. Finally, we saw a smile from a kind lady who brought our food to the car in the rain—she was a breath of fresh air!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday, June 29, and a young lady named Jo Anna greeted me. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that she was the only staff member actively working, while the others just stood around. Each time she was approached, it seemed to be by loud and rude men, which was quite bothersome. Overall, her service was excellent, despite the unprofessional behavior of some others.
