Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Barbourville

I have been to many DQ's and this one has to be the #1 in food and cleanliness. Food is always fresh and taste excellent, lot's of friendly staff and always with a smile. I have eaten at this location many, many times and never had bad experience. My favorite is the FlameThrower burger, just perfect to give you a kick. If you are ever in Barbourville make sure you eat at this DQ, promise you won't be disappointed.

They would not give my Mamaw her food, they said that someone already gave to someone when she never got it. No one should do this to her.

All the food that we got had been reheated, the bun was soggy the fries were cold, and the meat tasted

Breakfast bowl… don’t waste your money!$7 for a disgusting, uneatable bowl of yuk! Hash-browns freezer burnt old grease taste. Sausage burnt or microwaved so long it couldn’t be torn apart. Called and explained that I normally never complain but $7 wasted is ridiculous. Mgmt said they would make me another one if I brought it back!? Why would I want another bowl of trash!? Warning to all DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Great good, friendly service. Dead atmosphere though. There's a festival going on in the streets but when you walk in it's just a business feeling.
