Chick-fil-a - Barboursville

The food and the staff were great! It took several minutes as expected for or chicken, but the staff gave up, they worked on it and would have it soon. Great communication!

As with most branches, everything was cooked to order and fresh. Staff are always polite and willing to fix errors without trouble! The placement was clean and separated according to standards.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Always good here.

The food was yummy and hot! The service was great and the employees are always kind. Plus, Chick fil A provides some of the very best customer service in the fast food industry. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is based upon the time it took for me and others to get our food after ordering. One more thing when I went to get a refill on my beverage they created a fresh cup to ensure everything was safe during COVID 19 protocols.
