Banksii Vermouth Bar Bistro

Hi dined as walkin friday 9 Dec 6pm was given a nice table for 2 ..with exit by 7.45 pm as with most bangaroo restaurants shared plates are the way to eat and saddest ion for mall large side dishes given...the he sides of sardine broad bean salad and chicken pate where great best pate I have eaten ..the main shared by 2 of half duck 42 was th bestdubestduck hv Edna eaten ...service was ok proably short by 1 waiter ..Loved the food and love bangaroo dining

The service was phenomenal. I loved learning all about Vermoth....The food and wine pairing was incredible, The food occurred for me as honest with its integrity intact, with a touch of magic sprinkled over it. This place is great for intimate dining and they were also handling large tables of people at the same time....wonderful to sit by the Harbourside and watch the boats go in and out. The wine list is from around the world! The dessert wines were fantastic...like drinking liquid gold.

I never write personally to thank restaurants or commemorate them on their level of service, menu or atmosphere however I felt this was necessary. The service was impeccable, our water glasses were constantly filled and there was not one issue. The food was amazing and everyone was full and satisfied. This was my third time visiting and I am sure that I will be there again very soon. Thank you, once again.

I went on a drizzly Thursday night and found Banksii warm and welcoming Heaters on attentive staff, great menu Can't wait to go back on a sunny afternoon to explore the vermouth menu Recommended

Great service, food was incredible both in presentation and taste and the vermouth was outstanding. A must try at Barangaroo!
