The Dove, Hammersmith - Bāramūla

Delicious Sunday Roast on the river in Hammersmith. Very friendly staff in this sweet pub with delicious food. Just watch your head when you drive down the stairs!!

Wonderful venue with a wide selection when local, fuller's, beers on barrel and barrel. The fish and chips were thrilled after the fuller brewery tour. The split plain Mezzanine was great to sit in early September sunshine and watch the bustling Hammersmith Bridge. The Dove takes some of the brewery to find, but if you go in the direction of the river and stay brave (the other pubs pass that you come first) the Dove expects. Do it. You won't regret it.

Delicious and friendly place, food is great and the beer is cold. Brisket Burger is beautiful. And it's not noise and loud.

Location? Atmosphere? Food quality? Beyond A bit pricey but they are amazing. Beer selection? Very limited, like only 5 taps? They could add more. Outdoor facility? They don't really provide heating outdoors. They have two heaters outside but somehow they usually keep one or both off on a freezing day. It's a big minus during cold seasons. Ironically, I had my skin burnt on a sunny day coz they don't have shades. It's a lovely historic pub overall but there are defo things to improve.

We experienced Sunday roast here and each ordered something different. We ordered and butternut squash, pork and beef. The vegan roast was surprisingly very tasty and portion was generous. The beef and pork were also delicious. The atmosphere of the pub is very nice. The staff are super friendly. We would visit again and sit outside when the weather is nice as the patio over looks the Thames River.
