The service here is so unacceptable. We got to the store and tried to order. We had no response from the two ladies standing in front of us. I repeated the order then the lady who was counting the money opened her mouth and said I don 't understand why people come here with their stresses and open their mouth to say sweet chillie chicken . I 'm a regular at Romans and honestly it 's the second worst branch I 've been at. The receipt is written Bukiwe Mvalelwa....seemed to be the manager. I 've never been so livid!!!!
