Shiki Japanese Restaurant - Banyule

This is genuinely the best Japanese restaurant in Melbourne, I have been coming here since I was a kid and it seriously never disappoints. The atmosphere is so authentic and the quality of the food is out of this world! The bento boxes are my favourite! Definitely recommend!!

The worst soft cell crab I have ever had. Soggy and the colour is unpleasant. Other food are below the standard too.

Seen some negative comments I have no idea why. Food and service were really good and fast. If you want to east Japanese this is the place. We ordered 4 starters (to share) and 4 main meals plus drinks. Everything was delicious. I guess it's easier to complain as this is human nature that's why decided to put my comment as giving 1 start to this place for me nonsense.

Great Japanese good, can take awhile to prepare but does feel fairly fresh. Decent serving size. Plenty Parking out back. Worth a visit.
