Sizzler - Banning

In this restaurant you have to order the food when you enter, then sit down and the food came very quickly at our table, excellent service and the place is spacious and beautiful.

Pretty busy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They also try to take care of the customers.

FIRST TIME HER SIZZLER IN BANNING CA. It was an ex-CELLENT and the CASHIER was very POLITE... and D.J., our SERVER was FANTASTIK. He just wanted to run so fast. We did everything. He was a boy to the WATCH. He never did anything. FOOD WAS SO DELICIOUS? I very much welcomed these SIZZLERs.

This place lived during the COVID by building a tent in the parking lot. Food quality has not decreased during this period. They've resumed normal operations for a long time. Like most other restaurants, prices are now higher and, from the date of this review, they add a 3.5% surcharge to each ticket. I was always impressed by her salad bar, both in her variety and in her cleanliness. One thing I can't explain is that for a restaurant chain that built its reputation on grilled steaks, the choice of different meat cuts is so limited. You can't go wrong with this place, no matter what your personal taste is. Sizzler Banning is definitely recommended.

If I could give it no stars I would. Firstly The customer service was fantastic. It was the quality of the food. The salad bar was decent although the thousand island dressing was way to thick. I ordered a steak well done, when it came to the table it was still bleeding in different parts. We also got the unlimited shrimp, there was so much batter around the shrimp. Salad bar they give you one plate and bowl per person. Unsure what they wanted us to do if we wanted seconds? I guess use dirty plates. Lastly the dessert. Majority of the items were decent however the fruit was mushy. I have been to other sizzlers, and this location is by far the worse.
