Bidrage med feedbackI was driving for Long hours and I finally Found a Tim Hortons I went down to order some coffee and food When I walked in, I stood front of the cash register for at least five minutes. The workers did not knowledges me didn’t look at me as There was a blonde girl with a choker on her neck give me dirty looks. She was only talking to her boyfriend, who was picking up an order, hugged him, kissed him, went back behind the counter and still didn’t help me. I waited another five minutes nobody Asked me any questions or even looked at me So I left I rather go spend my money somewhere else .There was at least five people behind the counter, and that girl is a problem. Please fire her. She is bad for your business. The whole team looks like they hate their life

Great TimBits and doughnuts excellent prices too compare to Cops and Doughnuts 1/2 the price Next visit they had No Doughnuts don't know why
I hate to be that person, but I need to start saying something about how often they are cleaning the espresso Machine during peak hours Or it 's down. (Maybe it 's just my timing in the universe) Sorry Guys. That needs to be planned better. On a good note, I always get friendly and good service.
As of late, we have had terrible experience with this location. This location is by far lacking customer service the most.The first time we came through the drive thru at 7pm and was told they unexpectedly closed for the night, so we asked if that might cold stone ice cream too and he very rudely and with attitude said yes through the speaker.A few days later we return to get our craving of ice cream and place our order through the drive thru with another employee who has major attitude. We asked what ice cream creation had cookie dough in it and she told us we had to be more specific and we should come into the store if we didn’t know our order. When we got to the window she rudely told us the total again, looked absolutely miserable to be working and it took them 25 minutes to make up our ice cream no one else is in store or in drive thru .If we didn’t already give them our cash, we would’ve driven away. Not that they would care, it seems like they want that to happen. When we did get our ice cream, she didn’t say a word, just handed us the ice cream and that was it. Very unprofessional.Do not waste your time coming to the Bay City Wilder rd. location. Can’t say I’ve had an even an average experience here in the past few years.
