My order was correct and ready when they said it would be.

Love cracker barrel and this experience did not disappoint! Good food, excellent service and atmosphere coupled with reasonable prices and a gift shop! Love it!

The menu has recently changed. Portion sizes are smaller. The biscuits and gravy get worse nearly every time I go here. The staff are the redeeming quality of this place. The gravy was grainy. The grits were admittedly good.

My husband and I went out for a lunch date and were seated. We waited there for over 20 minutes without even so much as a drink order. We just walked out and now we're at Luckys instead. Please work on your service. It was not busy in there and there was no reason for that. We hadn't been there in months and decided to give it another shot, and we were immediately reminded of why we don't go there. Luckys greeted us immediately and we already have drinks and our order in!

After a long day at U oF M my wife and I stopped for dinner on our way home. Riley was our waitress. Everything was excellent. The food came out in a timely manner. Riley checked on us often but not too often. Such good service made us relax after the long stressful day we had. We will be back. Thank you Cracker Barrel and especially Riley! The baby carrots were excellent.
