Uno Pizzeria Grill - Bangor

Started off okay with a pretty good menu and nice staff. Ordered two of the 'new ' Fish Chips with a pineapple chipotle coleslaw. The coleslaw got mixed reviews as I really enjoyed the flavor but my partner did not. I didn 't mind that it had a slightly sour milk taste as it like buttermilk; I think the pineapple curdles the mayo but that heat from the chipotle offsets it. The fish, however, was completely bland and maybe the worst item on the menu. I brought that to the attention of management and she made it right by personally making whatever we wanted to replace it and to have a good experience. I got the Buffalo Mac 'n Cheese and that was so very tasty with just the right amount of heat. My partner got shrimp scampi and that was delightful. Great service and eventually get food.

Farmer's market pizza with delicious eggplants and caramelized onions, perfect combination of spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and cheese is a guilt free veggie option full of flavor. Pair that with a Sam Adam's non-alcoholic beer and you are in heaven.

Great service, very friendly and attentive. I ordered the taco pizza on a cauliflower crust (no gluten intolerance, just preference) It was absolutely delicious, I devoured a 10' personal pan wanting more. They also served beer from a local brewery that I absolutely love.

I have only had food delivered which speaks volumes concerning their quality care. Their 'Detroit Pizza ' is advertised as 'limited time, ' I do HOPE ASK they keep this indefinitely! It is fabulous! It 's in between a Foccia Pizza dough, both airy slightly dense. The sauce actually has FLAVOR unlike so many pizzas I 've tried elsewhere. Their toppings are very high quality if not the highest. I love their French Onion Soup, though I would prefer a slice of their quality bread rather than croutons. Excellent food!!!

So to begin, all the workers treated us amazingly. we were placed on the lounge side, the cash write-off came to take care of us all without delay! it was very knowledgeable and treated us very well. we got both pizzas and were impressed by how it came out. in any case recommend.
