Another amazing place to stop by when they are looking to experience authentic Asian food in maine! great personal and also charming ambiente. everything I ordered quickly arrived and tasted amazing. I usually don't go to ice, but I have nothing but great things to say about the thai iced tea I tried at umami. I can't wait until we get back to the city! warm wish of the axdc creative team!

After I couldn't get any suppe delivered by my favorite Italian place, I decided to give myself a try. I wasn't disappointed! the chicken and pigeon broth was so tasteful, the Udon noodles had the perfect pracht to them, toppings were on point and the gyoza were *cook kiss* delicious! will definitely be back.

That's my first time. in consideration of the reviews of the last week or 2. I found the mistbrown was tasteful, the black bell was tender and well seasoned, the noodles where tender and al dente. they forgot one on my order, but they quickly repaired it. about everything I get good experience for a second attempt.

They make the sweet broth good and it is great, they have soba noodles for vegan option

Umami Noodle Bar is Generally pretty good, but yesterday, the noodle dish tasted of soap, and the meat was boiled bland. Don't expect me to tip anymore.
