Little Gem - Bangor

Little Gem is a small restaurant in Maine that offers salads, wraps, and smoothies. They have options for vegan and gluten-free diets. We tried the vegan Gem Salad and a PB and J smoothie. The smoothie was delicious and the salad was fresh with a great mix of greens, house-made tofu, and jackfruit "chicken". We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Bangor really needed a place like this.

The smoothie was satisfying and the salad was fresh with a tasty mix of greens, house-made tofu bacon, and jackfruit chicken. We will definitely be returning to try more items on their menu. Bangor has been lacking a place like this for some time.
