Dunkin' - Bangor

This store is busy, the people who work here are so friendly and do a great job. I'm grateful to have this as our primary Dunks. Keep it up guys

Mobile orders get ignored for as long as possible, 100% of the time. I?ve given it a year plus and it only seems to be getting worse. I place my order for a single coffee BEFORE I leave HOME and I STILL wait. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. even if there?s nobodythere. You can literally watch as they ignore your ticket in the store. It?s extremely frustrating because I order online sothat I can treat myself every once in a while with an iced beverage with the DD Perks Rewards. I wish there was another locationI could go to but unfortunately this is the only one on my way to work. I would recommend placing your order 15 20 min beforeyou need your coffee, longer if you?re getting food.

I come to this Dunkin almost everyday since it's close to my work. I order butter pecan latte iced and its different every time. One day it has mocha, next it's sprinkles and caramel, when I ask for it to be caramel and cinnamon without sprinkles they seem annoyed and say that's how it's supposed to be. They should have the workers make the drinks the same.

Main st Dunkin in a nut shell. Not sure why I ever go to this one.
