Appallingly terrible customer service. Was waiting 20 mins for a mobile order. After asking I was told 5 times (because I had to ask multiple times over the next 15 minutes) they were making it. The last time I asked I was told “go to the line and get a refund”. They never started my drink and had me waiting 40 minutes to get A REFUND, causing me to be late for an appointment I told them I was on my way to. I’ll never go back to this store. They don’t care one bit how they treat their customers.

Honestly, my second visit and again not a good coffee. Paid $6 for flat white that tastes like $2 brewed coffee from Tim Horton. I'd expect way better quality coffee from such a big brand and considering the price I paid. Sorry but no, thank you.

Amazing staff and awesome service. We entered the store just couple minutes before closing and basitar dedicated for the service and made drinks for us went overtime as well. This coffee will make our drive safe. My daughter mentioned hot chocolate drink was perfect customized and staff are so nice with their conversations. Its a great team and deserves a great feedback and off course a nice service bonus.
