High Rollers - Banff

Went Thursday night which was a bonus as 12" pizza's were half price. After eating there I would have paid full price as it was the best pizza I ever had. Obviously baked in a wood fired oven. I had the Canadiana and the wife had the meat lovers. Her reaction was the same as mine this is excellent pizza, very flavourful. Atmosphere was excellent and the variety of beer was second to none. Keep up the good work.Military Chef

Came here for a family holiday in Feb 2017. such a great atmosphere .. food was great and so was service. I highly recommend comming here

Before I explain my issues with the wait staff let me just say that the pizza I ordered - The Canadian, was wonderful . It was quite tasty with a good balance of fresh ingredients. My negative experience totally relates to the young wait staff who were more interested in socializing with their friends who were seated at the bar than insuring their orders were ready in the kitchen. I was seated at the far end of the bar, around the corner from the main eating area so maybe I was easy to forget! The 20 minute wait for the pizza became at least 35. Then I was told that my pizza was ready and my server would bring it right out. Time passed and about 10 minutes later, a different server came to apologize - apparently my pizza had been taken by another server and served to another customer! My second pizza was now in the process of baking and would be ready in about 5 minutes. The restaurant did the right thing and refunded my money and gave me the pizza for free. The manager (I think) brought it to me and apologized again for the mix up. So. yes mistakes happen but, all the young servers (at least 3) were more interested in the young males hanging at the bar than in their customer orders. The restaurant was certainly not busy so this was a mixup that should not have happened. Please teach your staff to do less socializing when they should be mindful of the paying public!

I'd like pizza; That was the mission. On tripadvisor, we found a lot of positive reactions for high rollers, so that's where we're going. The reception was fine and a delicious beer from the giant choice was fine. As a starter the chickenwings are definitely a hitter and ten waiting for my pizza. And that's where my disappointment started after a long wait-time, my table had enjoyed their pizza almost had been reported that my order hadn't been properly transmitted to the kitchen. Kindly asked if I still want him, and that would take about 15 minutes. So, yes, please. And by the way, 15 minutes past, I'd like to ask you where the pizza stays and... Now there was a misunderstanding according to the waitress, because she understood that it was not necessary anymore. It's weird because she'd already put new plates down. But ten was my sentence, and I'm very disappointed and starved to leave the restaurant. And we only went to the macdonalds for a while. Too bad.

This restaurant is at the city centre and has a bowling alley too. We came here for dinner and ordered a pizza and chicken n fries. Nice food and good service.
