Sonic Drive-in - BANDERA

My car hop was very kind. My order was right and fast.

A large percentage of their drive up kiosks do not work. The touch screen, the order buttons ,the speakers ect. One night we waited for 40 min to just get an order, we were not in a hurry and it was later in the evening). We finally got the order in and it took some time to get that. After looking in the windows it appeared they had 2 people working the entire place...Nice people serving and apologized for the delay.

Waited for 15 minutes and never got our order taken, pulled around to the drive thru, ordered, and when we got our order, our burgers were meat, bun, cheese, ketchup, and mustard. No lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, or the hickory sauce that was supposed to be on it.

Just waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with no cars in front of me and not a word. Went to Burger King next door and ordered in seconds with 3 cars in front of me!

If you are a fan of waiting 32 minutes for your order until you finally drive off food less this is your place. Asked the carhop what’s taking so long and she said I’m aware. Good coaching opportunity for that employee for sure. Will not stop there again.
