For The Halibut Fish Chips - Bancroft

Stopped yesterday. Had the special- rainbow trout. It was exceptional. Buttery and tasty. The dill sauce was yummy. Best fish I've had in many years!

Lovely people and excellent food! Halibut sold out so we had haddock but the personal touch was fantastic and the fish and chips superb! Good prices in a lovely Canadian town .. forests lakes fishermen and lumber ..!

Was at Bancroft visiting from Toronto with the family, stopped by this Amazing place for a bite, family loved the Halibut and Haddock. Got to speak with the owner Natasha, over all just a great place, will definitely dine there, suggest people give this place a try. Also, got to see a beaver : by the small lake side sit out.

Food was available when expected (I had called ahead) and the fish and chips were great, fresh and not too fatty or oily. Reasonable portion size for the cost.
