Weinrestaurant Messerschmitt - Bamberg

The hotel is an upscale restaurant with German cuisine. I recommend her soups and the duck. Her sorbets were also fantastic. We were there during a 10-day trip to Germany for a friend's birthday dinner and chose this place as a special dinner....They even put a candle in their dessert without asking us if they just picked up from the conversation that it was their birthday. Great experience. It is worth leaving the old town of Bamberg breweries to check it.

Great location, helpfull staff and king's breakfast. Very clean and nice decorated rooms (I was in 502). Not cheap hotel, but worth every cent

In bester laune we ordered a 5-course menu twice. our mood fell with each gang, as the edgy taste of the edifice, which was too dominant at the second floor (soup), dragged over the fish, and more likely reinforced. first on demand, the bored to arrogant-acting waiter took up the details as we wanted the main course, the bark fillet prepared. one had the impression that the usually five different stages were not familiar to him, because the bark fillets were not only flat, because in the middle cut through (what does not even go and thus just 100 g)? but were wrongly grilled. the soße had once again the too dominant vinegar taste. the waiter apologised, but did not arrange to fix the error somehow. a restaurant that has its blossoms long behind and still dreams of the glamour of previous years. the dessert looked greatly decorated, but just tasted nothing. miserable price-performance ratio. a smooth five.Wilhelm for long

Eating was okay, the wine card is excellent. the problem is the chefin, woman m is an incredibly arrogant wetin. we were to smoke in the courtyard. when we came back, she said that smoking was forbidden in the hof. the ton was among all the cannon, there were no banal signs. if they are already watching us smoking, this arrogant lady can ask the customers to go to the street to smoke. in the following I understand too well why the load is no longer running. if in the early year, woman was just as cheeky to timo boll when she threw him out, blossom because he had his dog in it, then you can only warn before this!
