Absolutely terrible service and rude staff. they have my card 3x with a total of $114.15 I called the load and the manager hung up on me. I will take this to society!

This place is gross went in order bowl an chips and queso it's was just so nasty chicken was hard sour cream gave a foul odor like it was bad. Like they took old chips mixed it with new ones some are brown some are light.The guacamole is just so runny and nasty I'm just so disappointing $30 and it was all a waste it was all disgusting chicken wasn't hot the rice wasn't hot I just think that the health department needs to go in and just shut it down or investigate because it just now that I think about it it just was very sketchy and everyone in there look dirty the place looked dirty it looked messy definitely will be doing something about this

I’ve ordered Door Dash from here many times. They constantly get my order wrong. My parents own 3 restaurants, so I know mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous! The ticket clearly has my order correct, yet they constantly forget items. Then when I call, the manager just hides behind Door Dash and tells me I have to contact them for the mistake. OH, YOU MEAN THE MISTAKE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE MADE, NOT DOOR DASH?!!! My parents would clean house if one of their restaurants were ran like this. Not sure if this is owned by a franchisee or if it’s operated by the franchise itself, but they need to send some authority to this location and tighten things up. Don’t just hire anyone with a pulse.

I ordered a chicken protein bowl and a chicken quesadilla with double protein. Neither came with enough chicken to even qualify it as a regular serving. I am disappointed with the amount since they charged me more for the extra chicken for the quesadilla. Usually I order while I am waiting for the food. Then the portions are good. Ordering online apparently they shortchange the amount of food given for the orders.

Welcome to the ghetto. 2 annoying hoodlums with attitudes and a little old miserable lady will make sure you never want to return here. Cold food with unnecessary long waits. Loved Qdoba till tonight. Will never go to another one because just can’t trust it won’t be an uncomfortably annoying experience. This is not an exaggeration
