The toilet of men is almost always in the need of cleaning and any effort to demand cleaning goes unheeded or dismissed with a okay as answer.

I ordered a crispy chicken meal and a filet of fishmeal where both rows of fries were soggy and cold without salt my fish had no tartaric acid sauce and there was nothing on my crispy chicken, but salate and tomato. I am very upset

Rude lazy employee… mr. area manager not store manager if you read my review your employee is very slow they damn care about costumer.

9 times out of 10 order is wrong. The service is slow and items are not available. My sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is missing the egg.

Whomever is the overnight manager, needs to be re-taught on Customer Service and informing other 3rd party drivers such as: Door Dash Drivers, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, etc on any changes that has been made. Not to put blame on Customers. Yes, an unknown mistake was made but how the situation was handle was not acceptable at all. Rude staff comes from rude management. Very displeased with the service that was received and under par of communication skills. Remember together we ALL work together and help one another. I understand a job can bring frustration, but how you handle a situation makes a big impression on the guest and for the future guest that comes to a location such as yours. Hopefully if I come back it will be of better service. Least the food came out fresh.
