Always bad service here. do not skip the drive thu when they think the line is too long. within order takes 5x as long as they get their food

Clean, efficient, and they make the food right....at daytime. avoid this place in the night, as the level of the service falls enormously.

Incredibly terrible service/experience. it took 13 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. I wait so long, the order was no longer on the board, so I was asked to determine my receipt what the order was. custom bacon cheese made wrong twice. Recipe clearly says only sneeze. First time it had everything on it and 2 times had ketchup. allergic to tomato and ketchup. 3 chefs and no one can make a burger as ordered. apparently I can't have it anymore. the manager was everywhere. my advice, manage if necessary, withdraw or finish. the team ruins their business. the concept of almost food is lost at this place. the dining room had to be cleaned. her main product is burger, get it right! I will never visit or recommend this place.

Every time I eat at this bk, it's cold. the interieur is not evil or dirty, but I would rather eat in my own car. the customer service during the day is not available. Don't eat them here.

I asked simply for a breakfast chicken sandwich and the associate advise they didn't sell it. I said ok. Then I tried to order something else and she ignored me. I said hello several times. The associate then advised I will be back with you with a nasty tone . After that was said, the young lady then made me wait for 7 mins. After I finally placed my order. The young lady who took the order stared me in my face handed me my food and then shut the window. No common courtesy. No thank for being a customer, no have a good day. Etc. She appears to be angry because of her job placement/job selection. If you take a role in food service learn to be kind or find new employment.
