I ordered from Uber Eats and the flavors I wanted were not available. Both the kind lady from the restaurant and the Uber Eats driver called me to confirm any changes. The lady on the phone was amazing and I told her I like chocolate and caramel; she made me something and now I love her. I really appreciate her and everyone involved. Xo

The customer service was awful. I typically do not complain, but that experience was just horrible. I dislike feeling completely ignored when all I wanted was some ice.

Worst experience ever!! Takes forever to get ice cream, plus I don't understand how if we are all in a line how do I get skipped? Don't then when i mention it it's like oh well. Oh well is right I will take my money else where

We have been waiting for over 5 minutes with no one at the register. Two employees are busy making coffees. It is now 7:51 pm and we are still waiting for two quarts of ice cream to go. The total time spent with just one person ahead of us is now over 15 minutes.
