I booked the Premium room of this hotel to take pictures on the wedding day (20.08.22) and when we were accommodated, the room was full of flies, the thermometer in the room showed 33 degrees, we tried to set the conditioner but it didn't work, we asked the receptionist approached to solve the problem but with great indifference she approached and exclaimed that it will cool down in a short time... but it was not to be, in the evening after we returned from the party in the room the same way the thermometer shows 30 degrees so a temperature hard to bear being in a wedding dress and the groom in a suit (during the photos), practically the whole experience with the pictures that were planned failed, but at the same time it is impossible to rest in such a high temperature, it's a shame that you try to look for the most good service that this hotel can offer, quite a lot of money is paid and it does not live up to expectations!

We celebrated a wedding day there. Everything was amazing from food to decoration, service ans atmosphere. Highly recommend!
