Dee Dee's Family Cafe - Ballymena

We both had the same, bacon bap and tea. The bap came out of a plastic container with the bacon already in it and then this was put in the microwave. The end result was crisp ends on the bap and the bacon looked raw and tasted terrible. The tea was also like a cheap twingy taste. Mine were both left sitting. First and last visit. Wished I'd went elsewhere as total waste of £8.50.

Not even worthy of one star nothing is fresh it's all bought in and made in a microwave..seats where sticky and not cleaned the woman that was on sat on the toilet for a good 15 mins left the cafe unattended then came out and was rude to my partner accused him off stealing and shouted it all over the store at him because he brought in a bottle of coke from the pound shop and told him he couldn't bring his own drinks as they sell coke but there was other customers that had there own drinks then she proceeded to be completely rude to my daughter and spoke to her like a peice of dirt I told her not to speak to my daughter in that tone of voice and the attitude we received was unbelievable we felt uncomfortable sitting there so my daughter lifted her food and we left and spoke to the manager of the range he is passing on our complaint as this company doesn't even have a manger ATM which is unbelievable that standards are shocking at this store I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS ....nothing family friendly about this place at all

Busy Sunday at the Range in Ballymena, busy queues so decided to go for a tea.and coffee at DeeDee's, we checked the menu board and it advertised soya and oatmilk so we waited in the queue and ordered our oatmilk latte... No oatmilk, ok a soya latte, No soya milk either.... come on guys,.you run a cafe, how difficult is it to have a couple of cartons of soya or oatmilk in the fridge.... So no points, won't be back, if you don't make the effort, neither do I.

The service was extremely slow even though the cafe was not particularly busy. Coffee when it arrived was like warm. Would not recommend.

Called in to the Range and felt a bit peckish so we went to DeeDees cafe there A young man was behind the counter and proceeded to take my order I ordered a steak slice and a toasted sandwich which he put into the oven I had a soft drink and had to ask him for a glass no offer of ice My husband's steak slice was delivered to the table but not my toastie I went to get cutlery as there was none I asked him for some and he brought out 4 forks when I asked for a knife he told me they were in the dishwasher My toastie eventually came burnt so hard I'm still waiting for the knife Does the company ever read reviews obviously not.
