Hunan Express - Ballwin

Completely waste of time. Do not advertise that you are going to be open on Christmas if you cannot service orders! Went to pick up order. Kid working behind the counter clueless and slow. No system to print Uber eats orders, had to be transcribed manually and ultimately wrong. Waited over 1.5 hours and left empty handed in frustration.

I called and ordered food at 4:54pm and was told pick up in 30 minutes. I got there and food wasn’t done. I had to wait another hour for food. I understand being short staffed and behind on orders. But be honest when people call and put an order in so they can make a sound decision. 12/25/22 Sunday

Always good, great price, clean to eat in, fast delivery.

Very disappointing! 3 different orders for dinner and each were sparse on pork, shrimp and chicken respectively and way too many vegetables including excessive amounts of celery and cabbage. Will look for better place or go back to China One.

I don't know why this is even on the menu. Misunderstood the order of “vegetable cashew chicken” and ended up with “fried cashew chicken”, which is literally a bunch of fries chicken with a few cashews sprinkled in the bottom. Why......... This is literally the exact opposite of every cashew chicken I have ordered over the past 20 years.
