Pizza Hut - Ballston Spa

Pizza Hut pizza, while not the same as a neighborhood pizzeria, was nonetheless a fresh, hot and delicious pie made with quality ingredients and it was served quickly and exactly to my specifications.

Great place. Loretta is the best manager. I always feel a little less sad after talking to her. No one makes pizza like the Hut! Love their new sandwiches.

I have had really good pizza or pasta from pizza hut. I have also had two bad pizzas . The bad ones were too dry, not enough sauce. Overall good food. We order food often.

My husband and I went several weeks ago on the weekend for lunch. Woman behind the counter was rude and we literally just got up and left.

Lora H. I placed an order with Pizza Hut on Doubleday Ave, Ballston Spa, NY. Our order was delivered at 5:30 as requested. I soon discovered that they had forgotten the chicken wings I had ordered and I called the Pizza Hut at 5:45 telling them that the chicken wings I ordered had not been delivered. The person answering the phone put me on hold and came back telling me it was their mistake and what did I want a credit or the food. I requested the food. I waited until 7:12 pm and called them back. I explained to the person answering the phone that I had still not received the wings and that this was a huge disappointment for my grandson, he can not eat pizza and the wings were to be for his birthday dinner. at this point the person answering the phone hung up on me. I repeatedly tried to call them back for almost an hour but no one answered the phone. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this pizza hut but it will be the last. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The food is bad, they never get the order right and the staff is extremely rude
