You can't go wrong here! I tried a variety of ice creams from the front counter, and they were an explosion of aromas and flavors! The scoops were generous, and the staff at the ice cream parlor were friendly and helpful. The quality of the ice cream is excellent, the portions are just right, and the prices are reasonable.

The staff here is really wonderful! We needed to feed my baby sisters, and even though it was close to closing time, they were very accommodating and didn't rush us out at all. They offer delicious sweet treats to enjoy with tea and coffee. The interior has a modern design, and there’s outdoor seating available as well. I would highly recommend this café to everyone. The menu features a wide selection of lunch items, along with many soft drinks and some alcoholic beverages. They also serve Thornton's ice cream and sell Thornton's chocolate. Card payments and contactless options are accepted here, and the prices are quite reasonable too.

I had the best customer service I've ever experienced at any café. Every team member greeted customers with genuine friendliness and warmth. I also had the most delicious breakfast roll (bacon and egg) I've ever tasted! I highly recommend this place to anyone who stops by at Loch Lomond Shores.
