Ridgepool - Ballina

Really really enjoyed our stay in this hotel everyone of the staff so nice and friendly I only had one thing to complain about is that the bar downstairs was closed due to a private function on Saturday night and upstairs bar wasn't open not very good for residents as a lot were elderly and weren't able to go elsewhere

A lovely relaxing time. Beautiful view of Moy River. Service is good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Attractive, quiet places to go to read or just sit quietly.

The Hotel itself is lovely and great location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was nice. The only comment would be that the rooms weren’t overly clean in some areas like the shower and bathroom sink. The rooms could do with updating but that could be just the one room we stayed in others could be different, that been said I would still stay here again.

Stay often, great staff, brilliant location and the restaurant food is excellent.

Proximity to 'The Lanten ' Chinese is second to none. They do a fabulous Dry Hot Chicken Dish (in 'The Lantern '
