Schnitz (Ballarat)

The food at this restaurant is delicious and fresh. I would like to give a special shoutout to the young employees who worked on Easter Sunday. They were very thoughtful, caring, and friendly.

Our waiter Jarrin was amazing, skillfully taking our orders and ensuring they were accurate. As someone who works in customer experience, I appreciate the effort he put in to make our dining experience perfect. The food was cooked perfectly, making Schnitz one of the top restaurants in Ballarat. The fast and friendly service added to the overall wonderful experience.

Ordered three meals including a vegan option. Three generous, delicious serves arrived with minimal delay. Wait staff are pleasant, outgoing, friendly and polite. A real company asset, supported by a tasty feed.

Richie who was on today was just so warm and welcoming. Honestly everytime we visit all the staff are just fantastic. The foods fresh, great portions and we always come back!

Jarrin is a very good worker, loved when he came up the stairs with his high energy, especially since it was his first shift, it was very good to see his extremely engaging customer service. When Richie told us that it was his first shift, I tried to make it fun for him as he has limited engagement with customers at this point. Hope that he has a fun and happy rest of his employment at this store. I look forward to see hun next time I come in
