Domino's Pizza Sebastopol - Ballarat

Dominos Sebastopol went up and beyond for customer service! I originally placed my order through a separate delivery service, but unfortunately it looted and only part of the order came through. The Dominos supplier immediately called the shop and came back with the rest of my order and a free garlic bread that was delicious!

Due to the Covid, inside seats are missing outdoors. Otherwise quickly and efficiently

Order by uber eats and the order was canceled by the app randomly. Place the store and spoke with the most helpful and understanding employee named Naresh. He had amazing phone labels and helped us solve the problem in no time. Thank you. Keep the big work

Gold standard of Dominos. Great service, pizzas are always well done and I have when mistakes are made, they are quick to correct. This is a strong contrast to the other Dominas in Ballarat Very clear Sebastopol belongs to someone who cares in contrast to the other 2 shops

Tremendous customer service especially by the manager Jashan. I ordered wrong pizza by mistake through the domino’s app which was delivered to me but when I rang the store to notify, Jashan sent me another pizza which I was expecting at no extra cost. Keep up the god work guys.
