The service provided by the staff and bar staff was pleasant and very polite. The food was good - I had the Monday special of steak, chips, and gravy for $12, which was very worth it. However, there was a mix-up with our order, possibly due to our English accent, and we were not offered a refund. We also requested sorbet for our dairy-free grandchild, but the kitchen staff ignored our request and left it out. This was disappointing as we have dined at this restaurant multiple times during our three-week stay nearby. Despite the good food, no one checked on us after our meal or offered any thanks or farewell when we left.

Good quality meals and good portions for the price. for most customers there is a series of trips.

After my man and I ended in 2016 due to our disappointing visits for just over a year away, there are time to give club dead another attempt. we had crossed our fingers that the restaurant had improved and had to our...absolute joy, it had. at a Wednesday night it was quite busy, but the quality of eating and the fast service were more than we expected. the prices are very reasonable and the roast of the day at $16 for members is excellent. the pig was juicy and tender, the gravy tasty and the sweet perfectly cooked. my man had the lame and he just fell off the bone. the maic and red wine junes as well as anyone he had tasted. cordial gratitude forty baskets you are back!

I wasn't impressed with this restaurant, even though everything was in order. The service is self-serve at the bar rather than traditional table service. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, but I probably won't return.

Came here for Thursday night trivia and a meal. The setup is nice, with fairly new furniture and a good layout that has a variety of different seating options. The person running the trivia has been there for years now and he's great. There is...pretty stiff competition with a lot of teams being regulars there. There are trivia prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and second last which is Totem money of various denominations.
