Subway - Baldwin

Had the spicy Italian today. Bread was very fresh and all the veggies were really good. We live in a Covid world. They allow limited seating. Employees are wearing masks and gloves. Great place. People in this store are all very kind and professional.

The drive thru was very difficult. As well, when I ordered my food, they gave me the wrong drink and when I brought it up to them, they said I was wrong. I didn't get the right cookies either: SHOOK!

Beware when ordering through the app and picking up your order through the drive through. If they forget something, it is on you and they will not try to rectify the issue. Discussed it with the store manager, and was basically told it was my fault.

This one star is for management/ownership. 7 pm. Night before Thanksgiving. Possibly busiest night of the year for this location. Only two teenagers by themselves working. No guidance. 20 minutes to get 1 sub. 9 minutes making the actual sub to checkout because the kid kept making them and didn't ring us out. I don't blame him, he is a teenage kid with no management guidance. Corporate either needs to step in or the owner/manager needs to step up.

Store is always understaffed. Subs are ALWAYS skimpy. Bathrooms are disgusting. Employees are seldom personable. Not sure if new management or something but this store has definitely changed recently.
