Clutha Fish Supply - Balclutha

Was intending to get fish and chips but ended up going for the fried rice, which was absolutely delicious! It has the wokfried taste (if you know, you know). Definitely go for it over the battered (deep fried) offerings in the cabinet they look quite old and wrinkled giving the impression that they were cooked a few days prior instead of being fresh. Also just note that this place is takeaway only and doesn’t have seats inside.

A mixed takeaway fish and chips come Chinese food. The chips were nice and good value for money. I also had prawn Fried rice on two separate occasions. The fist time it had lots of Prawns, and was 4 stars as the photos show. Sadly the second time it had much less Prawns and it was 3 stars, so overall a 3-4 star experience. Nice staff.

Fabulous service, combination sweet n sour was lovely! Not too sweet and sickly. Generous portions. Was able to buy homemade fresh uncooked battered food to cook at home in air fryer. Delish
