Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I usually love red Robin, but this visit was at best subpar. I waited almost 15 minutes to have taken my beverage order when my server came around, it was nice enough, but even though it seemed to be 1 other table in my section, my server was almost never to drink refills, or to ask for something. The fries that are a red Robin stack were quite cold and slandered when our food came out. And to finish it after I left the restaurant, was the guest I was violently sick with. I wouldn't say it was all bad, my burger was good enough, but the whole visit was a disappointment.

A star because service was super slow, it took about 40 minutes before the waitress even came to ask what we wanted to drink, then lasted more than an hour until the food arrives. They were also from many choices on the menu. I have to say everything was terrible and the food wasn't even so great. In this place a handful of times with my family and it was always great before and trust me I get it when companies are short filled, but there are those who still try to great customer service, even if short handed, but that was not the case for red Robin

Really downhill. At least this place. Was not in a while and was before COVID, but loved it. The food you got looked absolutely creepy compared to the menu. Whiskey brisket Burger looked fantastic on the menu and came out like a deflated burned old evil cafeteria burger, as from the school days. It was really laughing, and we did so much. Said waitress when she asked how it was, and she didn't even recognize the answer. Maybe she was embarrassed, I would have served it for the price at any price. Bottomless-Fries were the best, but now they give you like 8 Pommes at a time, then you need to wait for more..a few more...each time super chency. Really sad show, no trouble. The island heats boneless wings. You have a lot of pub chips and wings I'll say. But the sauce was really just over the chips, and there were only cold, raw, skillful pineapple pieces sown with raw jalapenos everywhere. We poured blue cheese crumbs on him to help, but was just strange that they did not heat up the wings, pineapples and jalapenos together with the wings and sauce, then poured this hot quality on the chips. It was a disk flop. It filled the hole but was really disappointing. At least we have some good Chucks. Had no good service, either after our waters were delivered. The girl should be a server she was great.

I enjoy the burgers, but the place seems down. Our table was broken and had a significant slope. The bathrooms are rough. The water has a strange chemical aftertaste, maybe the cleaning agent. Very difficult to get a refill on the bottomless pommes. I asked several people and took at least 20 minutes.

This place was great, it was super clean and the staff was very nice. Food takes like 10 minutes which is great if you meeting with friends to catch up. Their prices are transparent and you can also order and pay at the mini table kiosk too
