Original Roadhouse Grill - Bakersfield

Everything was great. the atmosphere was relaxed, the waitress was funny, eating was good, and the prices including alcohol were not bad at all. we enjoyed our dinner!

This is the first time that I have been here for lunch and I enjoyed the service, the aromas of food and how clean everything is, I will eat here more often.

Starla was an excellent server. we had a great time. our daughter loved dad's kartoffel, which we also ordered for her. the atmosphere is great. there was no waiting time. also the rolls are great.

I was at best buy and saw the sign for 'original roadhouse.' I'm glad I did it. They make very easy sweet lemon aid. not too sweet and definitiw not bitter. there are jalapeno/chees filled egg rolls with a sweet sauce that are spicy/sweet and very good. the appetizers drive with a bowl of chili dressed with cheese and wobble. then they come the garlic fries in a shiny steel cup packed in paper. finally the bbq full rack of baby back ribs. melt in the mouth good. the flesh was so delicate that I pulled the ribs apart with my fingers. soouo goouod. the only bad thing about the original roadhouse is the price for eating. it's expensive. with the tip I paid $58 for a person. I recommend to pay this restaurant only for the great food. as a bonus there is an electronic game on the table that you can play. it costs $1.99 there are seats in the free and on Tuesdays eat children free.

Great place, great food. Always love coming here for steak
