La Mina Mex - Bakersfield

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. The food was terrible - cold, overcooked, and just thrown together. It was a waste of money.

We were very disappointed with our recent order from this restaurant. We ordered the taco family pack, but were missing the rice and beans. Two of our tacos also arrived completely empty, just two tortillas with nothing inside. Despite having experienced similar issues in the past, we have continued ordering from this restaurant because we enjoy the food. However, after this disappointing experience, we are unsure if we will be returning in the future.

The combo plate 2 and the chili rellano were very disappointing. I have eaten here before with good food. this time rice and beans tasted old, not a good flavor, the chilly rellano had had hard spots in it unable to chew the tacos were just soggy tortillas dropped into the enchilada sauce with just meat no lettuce or any toppings very bad presentation, couldn't finish the meal a wate of money this time around, will need to think twice before ordering again

The cake I ordere was NOT the same as pictured in the menu. No layers and no frosting. It was leas than pleasing. The wnchil were goid though

On Sunday there is no better way to the buffet in the city. the service of food, the atmosphere is unmatched. so many food selection, from grill ribs, the best menu item in the city to chile verde had a lot of other amazing Mexican dishes. the owners take care of the community and have several other restaurants and really know how to take care of their customers.
