At De Benedicts you get good Italian food! The waiters are super friendly. The pasta were delicious and pizza was good. The place is not very expensive and you can pay per card and cash. Seatings are available indoor and outdoor.

Ate here for our last night in Cascais. We had this restaurant on our to try list after seeing all the good reviews. We were not disappointed! Between us we tried, cacio e pepe ravioli with tomato sauce, bolognese, putenesca, the meat and cheese platter and a salad. Everything was delicious. The homemade, fresh pasta was to die for. The sauces were simple but exceptionally tasty and we enjoyed every single bite. For desert we tried afogato, strawberry cheeselcake and tirimasu. Again these were all lovely, we would not hesitate to come back if we were in the area again. Well done De Benedicts!

Really loved the ricotta and spinach tortellini I had here. One of the best I have had. The pizza was ok. Average in my opinion but good enough.

I tried lamb steak with mushroom sauce and it was very delicious. The staff was really nice and I enjoyed having dinner with friends there. However, it was very noisy and a bit hard to hear each other due to the many people in the small room. We sat on the second floor which was prepared for big groups, but the loud talking was annoying. The prices are high.

This is the best restaurant in Cascais! We came back this year from Montreal and couldn’t miss the best pizza in town. Michele is amazing, the food is scrumptious, the service friendly. Hands down, one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten in my life… and I’ve been to more than 5 dozen countries…. Julia..
