We decided to eat inside because it was a bit cool (even, ende mai.) they have a very nice outside space with a look at the bay, and that would have been very nice if it were a bit warmer. as it was, the dining room was not very busy in the night we were there and so the service was very attentive and we had a nice table near the large picture window look at the bay. we are not great edible, so we have divided the soup trio (copper lobsterbisque, fish chowder, and suppe of the day, bark in the night) that was delicious, and we have also divided black white fish. it was a big filet that was cooked nicely and was easy to share. bigger eds would be happy to keep it for themselves. we ordered dessert to go, cake with speck icing, sounded more interesting than it was. although it tasted well, it was not on the same standard as the suppen and main course. Overall, eating was very good, but it is on the more expensive side in comparison to other local restaurants.
The service and the lookout on baileys habor was great. eating was ok and not worth the price. the walleye was fishy and loaded with brown butter sauce that was taken away from the taste. Maybe they tried to mask the fishy taste. $29 was high for walleye. we wouldn't go back.
AWESOME presentation and quality of dishes amazing. Great price for a Lobster boil. Service was a little off and when asked to split a $400 bill 3 ways server had a 15 minute brain freeze before letting us know they couldnt do it. No problem,we were out of town but luckily we all carried enough cash.
5/5 with no hesitation in all categories! This was my fiance's in my first lobster boil and all I can say is wow. This was hands down our favorite restaurant on our trip to door county, we will definitely be coming back!
