At about 3300 meters, on top of the Mont Fort near Verbier, this is the highest restaurant I've ever been to. It's small, you can buy some sandwiches and snacks, and also the local favorite: cheese fondue. The latter one you might have to order in advance. Service is friendly, the food nice, but the views are very, very hard to beat.

Wir konnten eine Fondue auf 3330m mit strahlendem Sonnenschein essen. Schnelle Zubereitung durch den freundlichen Kellner im Iglu. Eine Erfahrung, die man unbedingt gemacht haben muss.
