Cafe Des Halles - Bagnères-de-Bigorre

I have enjoyed so many happy visits to this Cafe/Bar/Pizzeria. From popping in for a lazy morning coffee, and watching the world go by at the central market, to bigger musical events, this place has always been a pleasure. The patrons are friendly and the coffee is first class. What better way to spend some time with a newspaper or good company. You wont be made to feel uncomfortable if your French is not first class, just do your best! and it will be appreciated.

Friendly staff, good coffee. Ordered in French as best I could, he made us feel very comfortable. Location atmospheric as it was next to market.

We regularly go here for coffee or bite to eat and have always found the owners to be very pleasant and helpful, friendly to English people and always make a point of stopping when possible, You often get the afternoon sun on the market side of street and they do a nice range of pizza and ice cream, Would reccommend them, If you are here during festivals they have great outdoor music,
