I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. We opted for tasting Our history of ten courses: high quality ingredients, refined flavors and great attention to detail. Wonderful combination of tradition and innovation, appreciable search for ingredients of Sicily. It strikes the chef's ability to exalt even the poor ingredients of Sicilian tradition as the fermented fennel in the brilliant revisitation of the classic fennel salad and oranges. Each area is explained in detail by the owner that as all the staff is professional and very attentive to the needs of customers.
