Dreadful service. bought a coffee yesterday, got into the car and the floor was out and spilled over my side. came back today, complained to the staff, no apologies, no apologies, but they did double cups. terrible.

Tims is a Tims is aTims and should be. You want to count on that at each one…not a slight in any way. Drive through was fast, however wasn’t till in the road that we discovered they’d forgot my wife’s muffin. While driving the Cabot trail we realized this. I wanted a coffee after the drive so stopped in again. I mentioned the mishap and they were apologetic and gave me the muffin on my word!…thanks group!

Worst Tim's in NS , stopped in twice on separate business road trips, no inventory no matter what time if day. No matter what you order you won't get it if you ask for soup you will get chili ask for 20 pack of Tim bit you get a bagel. Forget trying to get a receipt. Won't bother stopping again.
