Bidrage med feedbackI was attentive to the loading with connected fish farming and smoke (or vice versa? by the signs that promise to stand on the road, and since I am a curious little, I follow brav and would like to point out. over the mühlenbach, to the parking lot. from the car, past the huge old mill wheel. on the left is the passage to the mill shop, a little further the slaughter and the smoking, on the right side is the sale. a small, mostly with customer-proppetal charge. in the flyer are local fish species and seafood. my favorite in the cold food is the real salmon beacon for just around the three euro, the trout cream and a fresh trout from the smoke. buttersweet, tasty. and as it is in a snack, so there are also warm eating. either with some luck a trout still warm and fresh from the smoke, or fish chips. for 3,50 euro there is a mischievous bag full of coarse (and very tasty pommes fries, well maintained fish pieces and homemade steakhouse sauce. for a snack more than sufficient, already hot fresh from the frituse. or a baked fish with accessories. the meal can be enjoyed either to go or directly at the last. there are some tables in the shade (good in summer and other in the associated garden ready for the gasse. Cooled drinks are available in a refrigerator, a perfect snack far away from the snack with the 08/15 program. Conclusion: go and enjoy it after lust and laune.
