Ideal also for families with children. Very good value for money. Every friendly and competent staff. Great bread service, better the day cannot begin. Falkenstein Huts recommended!!
Located in the midst of a magnificent landscape, beautiful hiking trails from the front door. Very friendly staff. Apartment Uhu is clean, well maintained and well equipped. All available on site: cozy seating, playground, a nice restaurant and even a great swimming opportunity. Child-friendly and dog-friendly. We'll be back.

The Falkenstein-Ferienhütten are located just before the entrance of Ostrau above Bad Schandau. You can easily reach, whether with your own car or with the ÖPNV. Immediately next to the cottages are the restaurant. Hiking trails lead to the most beautiful corners of Saxon Switzerland. From Ostrau or Ostrauer Scheibe you can drive down to Bad Schandau with a historical passenger elevator.
