Genuss-Apotheke - Bad Säckingen

We had finally made it to my birthday long ago. The evening was very nice, the food was super fine and the service was also extremely nice. The whole family worked what we found very sympathetic. : We would definitely go back and recommend it. For the birthday there was even a small culinary gift.

Wir waren im Urlaub in Bad Säckingen und wollten hier unbedingt das Essen probieren, da wir im Netz schön drüber gelesen hatten. Was sollen wir sagen? Dieser Abend war einfach perfekt. Sowas haben wir vorher noch nie gegessen und waren von der Zusammenstellung einfach nur geflasht. Wie in der Beschreibung stand mit Hirn, Herz und Hand und das schmeckt man in jedem Bissen. Auch der Wein war toll abgestimmt. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen, wenn der Weg nicht so weit wäre (ca 700 km) Aber wir empfehlen es jedem auszuprobieren. Es ist auf jedenfall sein Geld wert. Zu Guter letzt möchte ich noch die herzliche und tolle Atmosphäre erwähnen, dort hat einfach alles zusammen gepasst. Schön fanden wir auch die regionalen Produkte, mit den Kräutern aus dem Garten Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. We have never eaten anything like this before and were just blown away by the composition. As in the description, with brain, heart and hand and you can taste it in every bite. The wine was also well matched. We would definitely come back if the way wasn't so far (about 700 km) But we recommend everyone to try it. It's definitely worth the money. Last but not least, I would like to mention the warm and great atmosphere, everything just fitted together there. We also liked the regional products, with the herbs from the garden Thank you for this great experience.

Apparently, the maximum score is 5.0. As always this time again a varied and perfectly prepared enjoyment with great service. The driveway from Karlsruhe is always worth it.

One word: Wow! You run through the picturesque village Bad Säckingen and look for the pleasure pharmacy. A bit hidden, in an inconspicuous commercial building, in fact in a former pharmacy, the pleasure team has created a place of a beautiful and cozy pub. When you open the door, you are suddenly in another ambience! Art on the walls, in style and design, in the kitchen as in the palate. Throughout the evening the rest falls on the team in the service as in the kitchen no hectic, no stress, easy time and tranquility. The team is very experienced and perfectly transports the ambience. You serve spice and potion with wine pairing and know perfectly what you are talking about from your own experience. I have never been able to enjoy 13 courses of highest culinary delights with 9 different wines (small portion, which were in perfect harmony and all of them also corresponded to my taste, no wild experiments, much local knowledge, much experience that makes the magic of this enjoyment pharmacy. At this point I would have to forgive 6* or in Gault Milau 18 (the place has 16! . Our expectations were far exceeded, a great thank you to the entire team for this culinary journey simply by A Z!
