La Flamme - Bad Mergentheim

We entered a simply equipped restaurant. I guess there were some restaurants in the Balkans. Anyway, it reminded me of long-lasting childhood days I spent with the family in a Balkan restaurant. At the end of the flame cake I still prefer to eat: apple Calvados: sweet crème, fresh apple slices, sugar and cinnamon with Calvados flambit This is really one of my flame-cake favorites. Although I don't know if sweet flashcakes in Alsace have a tradition. But the combination of cream frogs, apple slices, sugar and cinnamon is really tempting. And the moment when the cinnamon begins to flambiate is a feast for the nose. ****! After this flame cake we had enough. And I'm coming to the end. The AYCE was charged with almost 14 EUR, a very good PLV. In addition to the Cidre and water, I gave a very favorable restaurant visit. Under this amount of less than EUR 50, this was a good return. What was also due to the fact that the bottled wines offered were unable to order. The service has made his work attentive and accurate, even here no cruel complaint.
