mc Donalds - Bad Hersfeld

Honestly, i wish I could get my money back, but I saw the kitchen after I bought my food . Servers were rude as well

Is very close to Aral truck stop. Had to spent the night in the track stop so I come to McDonalds to eat something and have a coffee. I order in the automatic machines and in 2-3 min the order was ready. The staff was...friendly and helpfull. The whole place was clean. Only the toilets was little dirty.

During a trip by car from Poland to France, crossing the whole Germany, we had some rest in a 'Autohof ' in Bad Hersfeld, at the Mac Donald 's. The place is clean and 'meets ' the standards of the over Mac Donalds. The staff is pleasant. The...location is so/so. The food we ate was really average and I think it 's expansive for what it is. It 's not a disappointing place, as we can be sure what we will find other there. No surprise (no bad one and unfortunately no good one) Its 'score ' in my mind : 11/20. Still better than terrible 'restaurants ' we tried in some 'Rasthofs '...

Sauber, freundlich, standartisiert, eben ein "normaler" McDonald's, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

Wir waren mit einer Kollegin dort zum Kaffee verabredet. Es ist wie überall bei McD der typische Fastfood Tempel. Wenn man da hingeht erwartet man keine kulinarische Traumerfüllung.Was man aber erwartet, ist Sauberkeit. Im McCafé Bereich war der Boden total verschmutzt, es lägen Servietten auf dem Boden. Tische und Stühle zum Teil verschmutzt und klebrig. Es ist doch so einfach, da zu putzen und dem Gast einen sauberen Platz zu geben. Die Toilette war auch absolut unterirdisch, es roch sehr streng und Sauberkeit auch hier ein Fremdwort. Pissoir defekt, eins war mit ner Mülltüte abgehangen, bei einem Stand, ach ich will nicht ins Detail gehen .Aber das man dann auch noch am McCafé ne halbe Ewigkeit warten muss, um bedient zu werden, ist schon Service hoch 10. Hier gibt es noch viel zu tun.
