The taste explosions make it impossible to put it somewhere. The viscous appetizer is called soup that can never be a soup because the fragrances, aromas and countless aromas can never occur in a soup. With pride, the noble fish from wild cats are presented here, which are clearly fresh. Here we have learned how spicy, buttery and tasty a Dorade Royal can be. The prices for these qualities and quantities are really very appropriate. My son is still unconstitutional of the taste and aromas of the bison fillet like my mother. Think everyone has to experience this kitchen. Very friendly owner. Exceptional advice from the owner's husband. Great experience and delicious food! The restaurant is really different and definitely worth a visit. The service staff was also very friendly and advised us very well, which is very helpful during the first visit. We're back to Bad Dürkheim.
It was pure coincidence that we discovered this restaurant. The panels on the outside walls provide many information. At first we were a little irritated and suspicious, but we dared. It is good that we have dared because the aromas, tastes and fragrances can only exist in the garden of Eden. After very friendly advice, we ordered our appetizers Wundersuppe Perforium, Langustenschwanz with Ginseng, Hummer tail with saffron sauce. We have already expected a postive surprise, but we did not expect that. Exceptional, indescribable, unimaginable and incredible! After our appetizers we were again advised. As a main dish we ordered: Wagyufilet with Ceresta Ceresta is a very special dish like noodles), Elchfilet with pine seed saffron rice and Mufflon fillet with balls. The best fillets we've ever eaten. The sauces are very different. The best restaurant we've ever discovered. We'll be back.

Restaurant criticism in the Intrernet is not my thing. But there are experiences that must be praised as the savarin here. The soups here are not soups. The sauces are not sauces but pure medicine. Languste is still my favorite. My parents are also totally enthusiastic. Especially because of the comfort. Top wines do not have to be ordered here as bottle wine. It also goes glass for glass.
